Why Should You Hire a Trainer?

Have you been on Netflix lately? Notice how it seems like they know you better than anyone else? It seems like every series and movie they suggest is tailored just for you, because it is! After about a week of watching shows and movies, Netflix predicts what you will like and BOOM, you are entertained. Think of your trainer as Netflix for your health. After every session I learn more about you. What hurts and why? What do you need to focus on? How is your sleep? How is work going? What is stressing you out and why? These are all factors in your overall health and well-being and a good personal trainer should take these things in to account when creating your program.

The world is becoming increasingly more customizable and your health should be the same. You are busy, I get it. Between work, family, a social life and everything in between you may not have the time or the desire to learn about training, biomechanics, nutrition, rep ranges, cardio and all things fitness. The good news is I have dedicated my professional life to those things and I want to spread the knowledge to anyone willing to listen. As your trainer I will be able to help you achieve your goals. The kid at the front desk of the commercial gym you go to is just waiting for his or her shift to end. They aren't paid to make sure you are doing things correctly, but I am.

So let's work together. I love seeing a client have their "aha" moment once they realize how their body should move and feel. The best workout is the one that is made just for you and I would love to be the one designing and implementing your program. You only get one body, so treat it as such and I'll see you soon.
