WHO WE ARE
We are Marcus and Sarah Reyna and we have created Elevated Fitness to bring top notch personal training to Contra Costa County and remote coaching to anyone throughout the world. With over 20 years of combined fitness experience, we are confident we can create a program specifically for you and your goals. We work with all levels from the brand new beginner to the experienced athlete.
This is a 60 minute session with your choice of trainer. Each session is tailored specifically to you and your goals.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Do you have a friend or two that would benefit from the accountability of a small group? Groups of 2-4 people can be accommodated for a 60 minute session. Each session will focus on what will benefit the whole group the most.
REMOTE COACHING & PROGRAMMING
Not local to Contra Costa County? Do you already know how to lift but you are unsure how to design a program? We offer remote coaching and programming for those just like you. Through remote coaching you will get customized daily workouts, two video calls a month, video analysis of your lifts, and messaging with your trainer.
I have known Marcus for over a year now. I spend two days per week at Elevated Fitness working through and strengthening my skills with his well planned out programming. Sarah is professional, friendly, caring and most of all FUN! I want to enjoy my workouts and Sarah makes them just that, enjoyable!
